Privacy

Your information deserves clear, responsible handling.

This page explains how enquiry, appointment and Parent Guide information is collected, used and retained.

01

Information we collect

We may collect a name, phone number, email address, contact preference and appointment-request details. When the Parent Guide is used, information may include age group, selected observations or condition, impact areas and suggested services. The forms do not request a complete medical record.

02

Why we use information

We use information to respond to an enquiry, understand the service or pathway the user wants to explore, arrange contact or consultation, manage operational follow-up and improve the service experience.

03

Child and family information

Only the minimum necessary information should be shared. The website does not confirm a diagnosis or replace direct assessment. Child-related information is treated as sensitive and should have limited access and request-related use.

04

Storage and service providers

Enquiry and appointment records remain in the website database as the primary operational record. Hosting, database and email-delivery providers may help us operate the website and send notifications. Email is a notification channel, not the system of record.

05

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to process the request and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct or delete information through the Contact page. Some information may be retained where law or the protection of rights requires it.

06

Marketing consent

Consent to be contacted about a request is separate from optional marketing consent. Declining marketing does not prevent the team from following up on an enquiry you submitted.

07

Security and accuracy

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit medical reports or highly sensitive details through public forms unless a secure method has been arranged with the team.

08

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when requirements or systems change. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and state that your message concerns privacy.

Do not include additional health details in the initial request. State the request type and preferred contact method, and the team will follow up.
